Hotel Bookings

How do I place a hotel booking?

  1. Use our Check Availability search tool or click on Book Online to get recommended accommodations based on the booking date and number of guests.
  2. Click on the orange Book button to book your preferred accommodation.
  3. When you’re done selecting, click on the orange Confirm Reservation button to proceed to the booking confirmation page.
  4. Fill out the guest information and select your additional services.
  5. Select your preferred payment method.
  6. Click on the orange Book Now button to complete the hotel booking.

How do I confirm for my hotel booking?

We will only confirm your hotel booking once we receive payment. We accept a 50% non-refundable downpayment through any of our accepted payment methods.

Your unpaid booking will be valid for a maximum of 48 hours. After this, it will be canceled and your accommodation will be available to other guests.

I placed a hotel booking, but I didn’t receive my confirmation email. What should I do?

  1. Please make sure that you are using an active and valid email address when placing a reservation on our website.
  2. Check your spam or junk folders. Our booking confirmation email may have landed there.
  3. You can call or send us a message and we will check our system to see and confirm if your booking went through.

How do I make changes to my reservation? How do I cancel?

Please call or send us a cancellation request at least 48 hours before your date of arrival. We will then send you a cancellation confirmation email.

Unpaid bookings that exceed our 48-hour grace period will automatically be cancelled without charge. For partially and fully-paid bookiings, cancellation means forfeiting your paid booking.

Restaurant Reservations

Should I be a Lagoon Beach Resort hotel guest to reserve a table at the restaurant?

Both hotel guests and non-guests are welcome at our brand new restaurant! We welcome everyone in the community to dine at Lagoon Beach Resort.

How do I reserve a table at the restaurant?

  1. Click on our Restaurant page. New hotel guests can also select Restaurant Reservation as a service when confirming their booking.
  2. Select the date and time of reservation. Fill our your personal information. You can leave us a message as well by clicking on the “Add message” link.
  3. Click on the orange Request Booking button.
  4. We will send you an email and SMS confirming your restaurant reservation.

How do I cancel a restaurant reservation?

Please call or send us a cancellation request at least 24 hours before your date of arrival. We will then send you confirmation about your cancelled reservation.

Payment Options

How do I pay for my hotel booking?

To secure your hotel booking, you can pay via bank deposit, PayPal, or upon arrival at Lagoon Beach Resort. We require a 50% non-refundable downpayment to secure your hotel booking.

Can I use a credit or debit card?

Yes, we accept credit or debit cards via PayPal.

How do I pay for my restaurant reservation?

Reservations are free of charge and confirmed right away. We hope to see you at our restaurant!
